1. After Purchasing from an outlet or online, exchange of product is possible only within a similar category & should be physically submitted within 7 days (working days) of purchase along with the product invoice.
2. Exchange will be applicable to any product with an equivalent price or more.
3. If the product is purchased from online, such as Facebook Page, our E-commerce website, our group (Facebook) or YouTube channel, or over a phone call, the delivery charge needs to be paid in advance outside Dhaka & Dhaka sub-urban areas.
The exchange will be Applicable for the following reasons:
1. Unmatched Size,
2. Spot in fabric,
3. Torn dress,
4. Quality problem (only online purchase),
5. Wrong Color delivery,
6. Unmatched product.
